Billing terms
Unless you cancel earlier, at the end of any free trial your Apple ID payment method will be automatically charged. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your iTunes & App Store / Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or the current subscription period. If you are unsure how to cancel a subscription, please visit the Apple Support website. Note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription before the end of the free trial period.
Agreement to these terms
Sparkmobi ("we", "us" and "our") offers you access to its interactive online websites, applications and services. These Terms of Use, and any additional terms which might apply to certain products or services, govern your use of our websites ("Website") — including qr-code-scanner.app — and our applications ("Applications"), together our "Services".

BY USING ANY OF OUR SERVICES (OTHER THAN TO READ THESE TERMS OF USE FOR THE FIRST TIME) YOU ARE AGREEING TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS OF USE, WHICH MAY CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME. License and acceptable use
By downloading or using QR Code Scanner ＊ Barcode Reader ("the App"), these terms automatically apply to you — please make sure you read them carefully before using the App. You are not allowed to copy or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the App, translate the App into other languages, or make derivative versions on iOS or Android. The App itself, and all trademarks, copyright, usage licenses, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain our property.
Changes and charges
We are committed to ensuring that the App is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the App or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the App or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you are paying for.
Your responsibilities
The App stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us in order to provide our Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the App secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone — the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Doing so could make your phone vulnerable to malware, viruses or malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and could mean that the App does not work properly or at all.
Limitation of liability
When you use the App, it is important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that its information is updated and correct at all times, we rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you (for example product data, prices and ingredient scores). We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the App.
Updates and termination
At some point, we may wish to update the App. The App is currently available on iOS — the requirements (and requirements for any additional systems we decide to extend availability to) may change, and you will need to download updates if you want to keep using the App. We do not promise to always update the App so that it remains relevant to you and/or works with the iOS version installed on your device. However, you agree to accept updates to the App when offered to you. We may also wish to stop providing the App and may terminate its use at any time without notice. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the App and, if needed, delete it from your device.

We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for changes.
